Scope of Service:
This package includes the full development of one original, pitch-ready TV show concept. It does not include a pilot script or pitch deck — this is a concept blueprint designed to present to reps, buyers, producers, or development execs.
What You Provide:
You may submit a title, genre, theme, existing IP, or a general vibe. The concept will be built from scratch around your vision. If you’re unsure, “Dealer’s Choice” is always an option.
Ownership & Rights:
You retain 100% ownership of the final concept and all materials created. You may pitch, develop, or sell it at will. I retain no rights or credit unless separately negotiated.
Confidentiality:
An NDA will be signed prior to kickoff. All submissions, deliverables, and communication remain confidential and exclusive.
Timeline:
Standard delivery is 14 business days from kickoff. Includes one revision round within 5 days of delivery.
